General Shipping Information:

General shipping for Ireland is €5.00, but it's free for orders over €35, and usually takes 1-2 working days.

Delivery for mainland UK is £7.00 and generally takes 3-5 working days.

Shipping to the European Union is €15.00, and to the US and Canada is $25.00.

All orders to the UK with a value above £130 and to Canada with a value above $20CAD will be liable for VAT & duty on arrival.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to apply for a refund or replacement.

To apply for a refund, please contact info@lunahaircare.ie.

Please note that we can only refund or replace items purchased from this website if they are unopened and unused.

Items returned to our warehouse should be done at your own expense.

Additional Notes:

During busy periods such as New Launches and Black Friday, delivery may take longer than usual.
